Yes! The home is thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a seamless move-in experience. The property is move-in ready in with 2 weeks notice with all the essential appliances and conveniences. No need to worry about a thing—just bring your personal touch to make it your own.
We understand the importance of family, and that includes your furry companions! This property is pet-friendly when granted permission by us, so you can bring your pets along to enjoy the space and surroundings. To request to have a pet, please contact us or bring this up during signing the lease agreement.
The monthly rent for 204 Herring Cove Rd is currently different for each unit. Please contact us to request a quote. The rent includes on site parking. Tenants are responsible for all utilities like electricity, water, off site parking and internet.
We offer long-term rental options, typically with a lease term of 12 months. Shorter or longer terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
A security deposit of CAD $2,100.00 is required prior to move-in. This deposit is refundable at the end of the lease, subject to the condition of the property.

If you are happy with your rental and wish to continue living at 204 Herring Cove Rd, we offer lease renewal options. You’ll be notified well in advance to discuss renewal terms before your lease ends.
While you are welcome to make the space your own, any major changes or improvements such as painting or remodeling require prior approval from the landlord. Please reach out if you have any specific ideas!
Maintenance requests can be submitted through online portal, email, phone, or text. We aim to address all maintenance concerns as quickly as possible. Emergencies will be prioritized.

Yes, we highly recommend renters' insurance for your protection. Renters' insurance covers your personal belongings in the event of damage or loss and provides liability protection. We do not provide insurance to tenants.
